FOR FAMILY MEMBERS OF ATHLETES
Research shows family members are the most important contributors to an athlete's sports performance. TOPPS can teach you techniques to optimize your athlete's performance in sports and life.
Family members may receive individual performance meetings with athletes and/or group-based workshops.
The focus of meetings and workshops is on performance specific to sport/physical health, relationships, work/school, creativity, mental strength & stability.
Usually up to 12 performance meetings/workshops.
Each performance meeting is about 50 minutes, whereas performance workshops may occur between 30 minutes to 8 hours.
