FOR ATHLETES AND SPORTS TEAMS
For individual athletes, sports leagues, sports teams, and sports organizations.

Athletes may receive individual performance meetings and/or group-based workshops.

The focus of meetings and workshops is on performance specific to sport/physical health, relationships, work/school, creativity, mental strength & stability.

Usually up to 12 performance meetings/workshops.

Each performance meeting is about 50 minutes, whereas performance workshops may occur between 30 minutes to 8 hours.
