For individual athletes, sports leagues, sports teams, and sports organizations.

  • Athletes may receive individual performance meetings and/or group-based workshops.

  • The focus of meetings and workshops is on performance optimization specific to sport/physical health, relationships, work/school, creativity, mental strength & stability.

  • Usually up to 12 performance meetings/workshops.

  • Each performance meeting is about 50 minutes, whereas performance workshops may occur between 30 minutes to 8 hours.
