For Individual athletes, sport leagues, sport teams, and sport organizations
-Overall focus on performance specific to sport/physical health, relationships, work/school, creativity, mental strength & stability
-Content based on a Menu of options
-Usually up to 12 performance meetings
-Each performance meeting is about 50 mins
-Meetings often include supportive others (family/intimate partners, coaches, teammates)
